Privacy at Arc

Last updated 21 September 2026

Arc is built and run by Gravity Culture Coaching LLC. This page covers what happens when you join the Arc waitlist on this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Today this site does one thing with personal information: it takes an email address so we can tell you once when Arc opens. That is the whole of it.

What we keep when you join the waitlist

WhatWhy
Your email addressSo we can write to you when Arc opens.
The date and time you signed upTo know when you asked, and in what order.
The consent sentence shown to you, saved word for wordSo there is a record of exactly what you agreed to, rather than what we later say you agreed to.
Which page you signed up fromTo know whether you were reading about Arc Instructor or Arc Enterprise, so the one email you get is the relevant one.
The page that referred you, and your browser's user-agent stringTo understand how people reach us, and to recognize automated form abuse.
A one-way scrambled form of your IP addressTo stop one machine submitting the form thousands of times. We do not store your IP address itself and cannot recover it from what we keep.

That is the complete list. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising identifier, and no profile built about you.

What we do not do

Where it is kept, and who can reach it

Waitlist signups are stored in a database hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States. Inside Gravity, only people who need it for this purpose can read it.

If we ever send the launch email through an email provider, that provider necessarily handles your address in order to deliver the message. We use service providers to run the software; we do not hand your address to anyone to use for their own ends.

How long we keep it

Until Arc opens and you have been told, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If Arc never opens, we delete the list rather than keep it for something else.

Getting out, or getting a copy

Write to hello@creategravity.io and ask. You can ask us to:

You do not have to explain why, and we will confirm when it is done. The launch email will also carry a one-click unsubscribe, as promised at the point you signed up.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will honor those requests through the same address.

Children

Arc is sold to businesses and training organizations. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this page changes

We will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects people already on the waitlist, we will say so in the launch email rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
